Meet The Team
Brandon Young
Co-Founder/CEO
Prior to co-founding Safety Ops Specialists, Brandon was chief financial officer for 2 different security guard companies. Brandon was responsible for the overall health of the companies finances, as well as procuring new contracts. Outside of his executive experience, Brandon has worked in the security industry, all the way through a security officer to an area manager for the past 10 years.
Combining his security industry experience with his background in sales, marketing and management, Brandon uses his vison and leadership to guide Safety Ops Specialists to stay atop of being a highly customer rated security company.
Imani Jamal
Co-Founder/COO
Imani started early on in gaining operations experience, working in administration in multiple industries. These industries ranged from community-based education to the food industry. After working for Delta Air Lines for 8 years in below the wing operations, Imani transitioned to working in security.
Seeing improvements that could be made while working in the security operation, Imani helped to streamline policy and standard operating procedures, increase security officers efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

Imani continues to do the same for Safety Ops Specialists, while simultaneously looking for innovative ways to push the security operations forward and increase customer security and safety.
Co-Founder/CTO
Montrache Young
Montrache, Chief Training Officer for Safety Ops Specialists, is a U.S. Army Veteran with 6 years of tactical training, including a 9 month mobilization to the Middle East. He studied martial arts for most of his life and gained additional hand to hand combat skills in U.S Army combatives throughout his military career.

He is proficient in firearms safety and marksmanship, having trained on various civilian and military grade weapon systems from the standard sidearm up to the M240B. Coupled with 6 years of sales experience, he is an exemplary communicator and specializes in the ability to break down complex ideas on a level that everyone can understand, based on how each individual learns, to ensure that everyone is on one accord. Montrache is known to lead from the front and is never afraid to get his hands dirty.
Montache has been in the security industry since January of 2018 and has excelled in a multitude of sectors from pit security and crowd control for concerts to patrolling and protecting commercial properties and armed personal details.
